TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Tariff
Our bed and breakfast tariff is £65 per person per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Our weekly bed and breakfast tariff is £390 per person for 7 nights. - SINGLE OCCUPANCY
As we do not have any single rooms, it may be necessary to charge a single room supplement during busy periods. - CHILDREN & PETS
We are unable to accommodate children below the age of 12 or pets. - BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Conservatory or on the Terrace (weather permitting) From 8.30 am until 10.00 am. Vegetarian & Special diets can be catered for, subject to prior notice. A light Breakfast can be served in your room on request. See Room Service 'Breakfast Menu' for full details. -
SPECIAL NEEDS
Please advise any special needs of anyone in the party at the time of booking.
Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort & safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us. - NON SMOKING
Shun Lee is a totally Non-Smoking Hotel. However we do have an outside area for smokers. - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
All reservations are from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and every effort will be made to have rooms ready for occupation by that time. Guests are asked to vacate their room by 11.00am on the day of departure. - ROOMS
All bedrooms have colour TV with Digital Freeview, digital radio & hair dryers. Early morning Tea or Coffee is served in your room at your desired time, however Tea & Coffee making facilities can be provided on request. - ACCESS AND MOBILITY
Shun Lee is built on a hillside with steps down to the main door and as such, the premises are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties. - CAR PARKING
Car Parking is provided free for guest in the car park at the front of the premises, but the Hotel does not accept any responsibility for any damage or theft of vehicles and/or their contents. - POSSESSIONS & VALUABLES
The Hotel can not be held responsible for any personal possessions or valuables. - RESERVATIONS
A 10% deposit is required (paid by credit card, cash or cheque) to secure your reservation. - CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit is not refundable.
However as a goodwill gesture, we will refund your deposit if we subsequently secure another booking for the period of cancellation. We therefore suggest you take out Holiday Insurance to cover such an eventuality. - PAYMENT
Cheques are accepted providing they are covered by a valid banker’s card.
We regret that we cannot accept cheques on the day of departure.
The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification. - The following credit cards are accepted:
MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, and Eurocard MasterCard. - The above terms are subject to revision, but all agreements will be honoured once confirmed.
