The Shun Lee Private Hotel formerly operated as a 10 room AA approved
hotel until round the 1990s. the elegance of the building, it's
decoration and furnishings has to be seen to be appreciated and as
Bed and Breakfast goes, this is just sheer luxury. The hotel gardens
lead down to the National Trust Coastal Path. Just go through the gate
at the bottom of our garden and you can walk the coastal path down
to St Ives in the other direction, to Carbis Bay, Lelant and Hayle.
You can sit on our patio or in the gardens enjoying afternoon drinks
or relax in the evenings and watch the sun set over the headland
across the Bay.

Depending on the time of year and the weather, you may take your breakfast in our spacious conservatory or on the patio with stunning panoramic views across the bay and St Ives towards the Harbour. Please note that the Shun Lee Hotel is built on a slope with steps leading from the car park down to the Hotel Reception and as such, is not fully wheel chair friendly.
